BETOWEY Two-Year Limited Warranty

BETOWEY hereby warrants that all BETOWEY products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original consumer purchase. This warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. A dated proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement, or order ID #) must be provided for the warranty policy to be applicable.

Warranty Coverage:

The sole obligation of BETOWEY under this warranty is to replace or repair the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at BETOWEY's discretion. This includes taking necessary steps to correct problems caused by manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply and may be voided under circumstances including, but not limited to:

1. Misapplication, misuse, or improper installation of the product.
2. Failure by the customer to adhere to any of BETOWEY's specifications or instructions.
3. Neglect, improper maintenance, or intentional damage to the product.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances will BETOWEY be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage to property, whether resulting from the use or inability to use BETOWEY products or from defects in the product.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping fees for returning products for warranty service or for receiving replacements may be covered by BETOWEY at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and the customer's location.
